Member Outreach 2008
In early 2008 IHCA embarked on a comprehensive campaign to align its resources and capabilities with the needs of members.  A critical first step in this campaign was obtaining an accurate assessment of IHCA members' needs and issues.  As a result, IHCA implemented a focused member outreach initiative, consisting of a member survey and a series of "Meet the President" regional meetings in key areas of the State.

The member survey confirmed some of IHCA's initial analysis, and revealed additional issues for consideration.  The regional meetings convened members, stakeholders and legislators and provided a unique opportunity to gain feedback on both the survey results and current issues affecting long term care providers in the State.

The compiled report: Summary of Findings: Membership Outreach Initiative 2008, documents the survey findings and highlights from the “Meet the President Road Show” meetings.
